Whether you are pregnant, preparing for the arrival of your baby, or parenting young children, we have resources to help you! All services and support are free.
You may begin earning resources by participating in our Material Assistance Program. As a pregnant mom, or a mom or dad with a child up to 36 months. You may take a series of instructional classes on pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, life skills, fatherhood, and so much more.
Boutique
After completing class, you will receive “Baby Bucks” to shop in our boutique for items you need. You can save your Bucks to receive larger items, such as a crib or car seat. This educational opportunity will give you invaluable tools for you and your family.

Cen-Tex provides Head Start and Early Head Start services to Bastrop, Fayette, Lee, and Colorado counties. Their mission is to provide learning experiences in a safe healthy environment.
Parents As Teachers offers practical help to families from the time they learn of a pregnancy until their child’s first day of Kindergarten. PAT is free of charge. Located at 275 Jackson Street, in Bastrop.
